Moreover, the order threatens to compound the harmful consequences of the House’s antitrust package to handcuff America’s most innovative tech companies – and forfeit our country’s edge to foreign adversaries like China. Rather than doubling down on an approach that could undermine the future of American innovation, policymakers must work together to implement smart solutions that preserve America’s technological edge.”
